L: Maize color with a beautiful haze and a hint of lacing.
S: Amazing wafts of grapefruit, lemon and a hint of basil. Overwhelming in a good way.
T: Grapefruit radler-like taste that is tempered by light malty bread ness. Dangerously sessionable.
F: Light carbonation with slight hoppy-tartiness. Bitterness lingers on the back of your tongue but doesn’t overwhelm.
O: Perfect interpretation of a NEIPA. This batch was dry hopped six times and cold conditioned so as to temper the bitterness. Wish they’d bottle this!
