The term "Amber" in beers leads one to believe a malty flavor. However, this one was so hoppy that it tasted like an IPA. I could not drink it but had to ask for another drink. As no other beers were available, I ended up with Iced tea. I would highly NOT recommend this beer unless a hoppy taste is desired and it is renamed as a pale or IPA.

A-pours a great two finger slightly khaki head. Body is clear and dark amber. Darker than expected. Only slight lacing.
S-malts and some slight caramel. Maybe some hops on the end but very simple. Not bad in any way.
T-there is something distinct, almost off about this beer. It is malty and bready and then some molasses or something. Definite biscuit but not good like Fat Tire.
M-decent carbonation but body is week.
O-I don't know if I would order this again if I had another choice. Something tastes off and there is nothing special about it to begin with.
