Saison Sur Plum

Optics are as they should be. Aroma is lite, with some very faint hay & other standard notes, though not much of a saison vibe. It tastes way more like a hefeweizen than a saison - there's no yeast presence, and the plum is very distant and adds just a very faint tart fruit note. The rest of the body is just pedestrain beer starter kit stuff. Feel was also too thin for the style.
