Another Doc G beer I picked up on the cheap into a pint glass
A - Much better than the session IPA and I don't ask for much just a nice orange yellow color and a 1/2 inch of frothy head. This one fizzes out rather quick.
S - No pepper just pineapple and some cinnamon spice.
T - Truthfully it's not bad I could see this with just the pineapple or even with pineapple cinnamon as a winter brew. The pepper just leaves some dry heat flavors that just make it lackluster.
M - Quite good for the ABV as a fruit beer it's rather smooth light to medium.
Overall a tasty fruit beer that could be so much better it just changed without pepper and add more pineapple juice!

Batch #001. Poured from a 12 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip. A wheat beer brewed with pineapple, habanero, and cinnamon as per the can.
L: Cloudy golden pour with 1.5 fingers of fluffy white head. Solid lacing.
S: Sweet and citrusy. Mild pineapple and spice.
T/F: Light grains and wheat. Sweet... pineapple definitely present. No real heat from the habanero... cinnamon/spice is faint, but I wouldn't have picked out that particular flavor on my own. Typical wheat/citrus character from the wheat beer. Light bodied and drinkable.
O: Overall... better than I was expecting. A little sweet... but the pineapple works with the wheat beer. Good flavor and very drinkable. One I'd have again.
