Poured from a fresh growler into the test glass
A - White oak colored backdrop, with excellent clarity. Carbonation is steady, determined to feed that tight knit white froth.
S - Earthy grains, some black pepper notes, pine, and a bit of tangerine
T - Follows the nose quite well, add some extra spiciness, with some notes of heather.
M - Medium in body, a bit prickly on the palate with lots of edges. finish is semi dry and the linger is a bit sweet
O - A very nice rye IPA, with the spiciness and excellent hop bite one should expect
