Social Capital is our dry-hopped American Pale Ale. A simple grist of Pale, Pils, Flaked Wheat and a touch of Vienna Malt. Extensively hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Motueka. Intense citrus and melon aromatics and an exceedingly dry finish.

Pours cloudy yellow gold with a one finger white head. Aroma is a little light with so.e pine and citrus. Taste is lightly sweet pine and lemon hops up front. A little aromatic, floral. Feel is soft and turns moderately bitter in the finish.
Great pale, fairly ephemeral in flavor but very clean. These guys make good stuff, worth the stop

Requires several pours to bring the head down. There's a haze to the gold colored liquid. Great head which leaves chunky streaks on the glass.
Fresh crushed hop covers up a mildly earthy background.
The malt is dry but very present on the initial sip. The hop bite is strong and straight up bitter. Neutral body and carbonation. The finish is biting because of the dryness and the bold hop. Long aftertaste.

Pours a hazy yellow from the growler filled today. Modest head which retreats to the rim leaving a few lace lines on the glass.
Smell is of melon and citrus and the taste follows, orange and tangerine, flowery. Big flavor. Malt in the backseat.
Mouthfeel is medium and it finishes extremely dry.
I find HW's beers in general to be soft and pillowy, so this is perhaps a bit out of character. But in a good way. Who needs another boring session?
