A- The 16oz can pours into a goblet glass with a three finger foamy head. The body of the beer is very powdery/floury looking and it has a pale yellow hue. Great head retention and bountiful webs of thin lacing.

S- Fruity hops all the way with some whole grains in the backdrop as well as some light sweetness. The hops bring notes of mango, melon, bubble gum and papaya with floral, herbal, dank and citrus hints rounding it out.

T- Loses some of the soft and delicate things the aroma was bringing and opts more for the green, herbal, bitter and intense hop flavors on the palate. Very much floral, herbal and onion forward with some grassy, citrus and fruity hop notes as well. Oats come to mind as well as whole wheat. A bit muted compared to the aroma.

MF- Puffy and fluffy texture. The body is light-medium on the whole and the carbonation is fairly high. Ends with a moderate bitterness that stays clean.

Pleasant aroma with mostly fruity hops and a bit more muted on the palate with herbal, grassy, bitter and floral notes as well as some citrus and fruits.

Poured from a growler filled yesterday at the brewery into the pint glass.
A - Almost glowing hazy straw color. A loose knit cap of white resides through the experience.
S - From 3 feet away, orange, pineapple, and a bit of green onion, a bit of apricot, and lemongrass as well.
T - Follows the nose almost perfectly, less the green onion component.
M - Soft on the palate, carbonation ushers the crowd along, finish is pleasantly dry.
O - A delightful pale ale, full in texture and quite flavorful. The strength is in the aromatics for sure.

From a 32oz growler, filled at the brewery this afternoon. Served in an imperial pint pub glass.

Pours a so-slightly hazed, sunshiney honey-gold with a three-finger pouffy cloud of a head. Retention is excellent, leaving a chunky cap and fat wads of sticky lacing. With the sun coming in through my living room windows, it is a very pretty beer.

A relatively faint but pleasant nose of soda crackers and lemongrass.

The taste is clean and bright, soda cracker and grassiness, light, subtle citrus notes of lime juice, tangerine and lemon. Dry and earthy with restrained bitterness and a very slight unexpected lingering caramel-like aftertaste.

Mouthfeel is clean and quenching, medium-light bodied with a baking soda-like drying bite and ample fine, tingly carbonation.

Overall, a fine and satisfying pale ale, easy on the palate and exceptionally clean-drinking. I don’t often venture this far down the abv spectrum but I’m thinking that, at 5%, I could happily drink this all day long and still be good to operate heavy machinery.

Cloudy, green hued gold color. Modest head which leaves a large initial ring of lace followed by several thicker streaks.

A touch of cardboard with a green, grassy wet hop nose.

Starts off dry, almost astringent. Hop dominates in a nondescript, bittering way. Neutral body with an elevated carbonation level. The finish is like sucking a hop pellet but not as extreme. Long spicy aftertaste.
