On tap at Armsby Abbey. Hazy bright orange. Big white head. Smells of resiny and grassy hops and a light grain aroma. Tastes of a little citrus up front. Faint cracker malt and a substantial resiny bitterness. A little burnt toast in the back end too. Light body. All good, though the toast is funny.

Poured from a 16 oz can pick up at the brewery yesterday. No date stamp
A - Hazy cloudy sunshine. loose knit cap of white froth.
S - Peaches, overripe apricot, melon flesh. White toast, a bit of grape skin
T - Sharply different from the nose, sweet malts, a bit os salinity, then touches of that fruit from the nose. Melon forward, with a nice bitterness capping it.
M - Smooth, maybe some oats in the mix? Full feel and texture for a 4% offering. I really like the body on this beer.
O - A beautiful pale ale, rich in texture and highlighting a single hop in theis case Vic Secret.
Well executed

Draft at Sinclair, Boston.

A- Hazy pale yellow beer from the taps to pint glass. A frothy white head forms to a half inch high with pretty good retention. Plentiful webs of lace form drapery on the glass.

S- Citrus hops pretty much drive the beer with a fresh citrus juice character. Some floral and herbal hints join the citrus as well as general pale base barley.

T- Wow their website description of grapefruit and tangerines is on point. Massive waves of orange citrus fruits domiante the taste buds as dank, vinous bitter berry, floral and herbal hints bow down beneath that. A slight hint of crackery grains, sweetness and bread forms a balance. OJ.

MF- Fluffy and frothy textured light-medium body. Medium high carbonation and a sharp grapefruit pithy bitterness.

Tangerine, grapefruit and orange juice flavors from the hops with a general theme of fresh citrus juice.
