On tap at McGillicuddy's, Williston.
The appearance was a fairly rugged almost dark burnt orange to copper color with a bar pour's kind of slim head. Some transparency to the body but not too much. Head fell off extremely quick.
The aroma had some citrusy hop tones up front with a clean sturdy biscuity malty tones coming about to refine the balance. Mild aftertaste of citrus hops and biscuit malts.
The flavor was moderately sweet with a substantial bitterness balancing it all out. Good aftertaste of citrusy hops, sweet yet bitter.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Nice finish of hops, sweet, slight bitter and dry.
Overall, good IPA in the American tradition. I'd have again.

Smooth malt with a touch of body. Just enough bitterness to balance the malt. Tropical hop fruitiness. Go for it.
