Overall a fine beer. Nothing outstanding. Cascade hops really show in the aroma and palate. Malty, breads finish. Appropriately carbonated.

On tap at the brewery.
A: Pours a murky, turbid copper/orange color. No head head forms, and no lace is left behind. Looks pretty lifeless.
S: Pale malts, and resiny, piny hops. That is it. The hops become like grapefruit rind, and very soapy and oily. Almost like dish detergent.
T: Soapy, dish detergent like hops. Oily and resinous. Light pine and grapefruit. Not much of a malt character, but light pale, grainy malts try to come through. Though the finish is all soapy hops.
M/O: Very light and watery. Carbonation is lacking, and just to watery. I eventually got through the pint, but not something I am coming back to often.
While not intensely hoppy, just to much on the soapy, hops side and no real definition. I did not think this was a very good pale ale.
