A: Pours a clear straw yellow color. A small white head forms that gently recedes to a ring with light lace.
S: Not a lot going on here. Plastic like phenols, sweet malts. I am not getting a lot of wheat character.
T: Like the nose, it is almost like plastic phenols and sweetness. Maybe a light clove like spice. A touch of alcohol even. I can't pick much else out.
M/O: Light body, pretty thin with prickly carbonation. I can feel the alcohol here, even though it is still relatively low, but of coarse slightly higher than a typical Wit. Not something I am particularly wanting to come back to.
Apparently this has Agave, which I can see that is where the sweetness comes from, and Tamarind. Though outside os some sweetness, not a lot of character, and hardly any wheat to be found. Making it a "double wit" just adds a little alcohol heat. Fairly nondescript overall.
