Serving: 12 oz can (“03/30/21”) poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Appearance: Clear, pale golden yellow with a billowing head of frothy white bubbles and spotty lace.
Smell: Piney woods, grapefruit zest and slight dankness.
Taste: Lean malt body with plenty of resinous pine, grapefruit, and an assertive, but pleasant bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Well done West Coast IPA that brings the bitterness along with some nice citrus and dank notes.

Pours a nice golden body, slightly hazy, with a white line of foam that sits for awhile. Appears well-carbonated. Lacing is evident.
Nose is slightly dank. A dank nose, it works well, nothing much else there except a slightly medicinal note.
Taste is more dankness, with peppered cracker and some lemon zest. Herbal/ earthy finish.
Mouthfeel is smooth. initially creamy, but slick, and carbonation feels medium-low.
Something new to try. If you like beers aspire to be dank; this is your wheelhouse.
