Pours a clear golden color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is very good. Lacing is excellent. Grapefruit citrus aroma. Light. Very bitter grapefruit taste with some earthy herbal quality. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Summer Sizzle? More like Winter Drizzle. Nothing is sizzling here, let me tell you that. It’s just safe as hell like putting on SPF 60 before hitting the local watering hole. Sure, your skin will thank you, but in the middle of summer you won’t have a nice tone like Luca the Italian exchange student. Don’t get Raul wrong, it’s a nice beer. But it doesn’t stand out like Luca trying to order at Raising Canes.

SummerSizzle is great tasting but the bitterness is off-putting. Canned 5/17/22 Crisp tasting, dank, fruits, grapefruit bitter…add sugar. I never could eat grapefruit.
