Pours a clear golden yellow color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is very good as is lacing. Grainy, bready aroma and taste. There is a little bit of lemon bitterness at the end. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

A: Pours a golden/yellow color with just a touch of chilled haze that clears up after a minute. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: Lemon and grassy hops. Thats about all I get, which seems to be Noble/Saaz. Not bad at all, I enjoy it, but missing a bit of nuance.
T: Yeah, I like the Saaz hoppy character...at least I'm assuming that is the hops. Lemon rind, grassy, herbal. Plenty of bitterness lingering. Though almost no malt presents, or any other hoppy nuance (maybe some peppery spicy character would be nice as well). Its mostly just bitter after a while.
M/O: A light to medium body. Crisp, effervescent, clean and dry. Just a bit astringent. A good simple hoppy Pils that I can come back to.
Not my favorite Pils around town, let alone in Texas. Though a nice enough, mostly hoppy Saaz like version. Some biscuit like malts, or just a touch of sweetness for balance would put this into the really good category. Though doesn't quite make it to that next level for me.

Crystal clear with chalk white head. Good retention and good lacing.
Nose and taste are grainy and bready with a hint of noble hop toward the finish. Hint of bitterness. Good beer. Easy to drink.

Clear straw gold, medium white head.
Smells slightly citrus.
Tastes off for the style. Very intense bitterness that almost makes it seem sweet. No idea what hop is used I couldn’t detect any profile other than bitter. If they cut back on the hops or use something else it would be pretty good. I just don’t get any of the honey smell/flavor normally associated with Pilsner malt and noble hops. There’s much better local examples that I can get over this one. Pass.
