Canned 2/23/24. Drank 3/27/24
Pour is the expected completely opaque, murky straw yellow. Big fluffy, rocky chalk white head upon aggressive pour. Excellent retention and lacing.
Nose is resinous hops, berries, peach, pineapple.
Taste follows. Resinous hops, berries, pineapple, citrus rind. Respectable bitterness; enough so that the beer doesn't get overly sweet as NEIPAs often do.
Classic, smooth, soft, pillowy NEIPA mouthfeel
