Stereochemistry DIPA Vol. 7 has a very thick, ivory head, an opaque orange appearance, and heavy lacing. The aroma is of multi-grains and fruit. It has a similar flavor, with moderate bitterness. Stereochemistry DIPA Vol. 7 has a high-medium body. Dry finish.

Canned 12/17/24. Drank 3/9/25. Just bought this. Thought it was JAN not Dec. oh well.
Pour is, of course, opaque. A moderately deep yellow with a nice big cap of chalk white foam. Great retention and lacing.
Nose is berries, resin, citrus
Taste is berries, tropical fruit, strawberry, hint of melon. Some sweetness comes up on the back end - could stand to be more bitter.
Soft, creamy mouthfeel you'd expect.
Overall, not loving the berry-fruit driven hop character I'm getting from this one, especially combined with the lack of bitterness. Not poorly made....just not what I look for.
