On-tap served in a pint glass at Draft, Manila.
Translucent deep amber color, it comes with thick creamy white head that retains with pretty good retention before gradually sinking to an eternal foam atop and leaving some lacing.
Sweet and sour raspberry (strange!?), it is like a raspberry cake and raspberry jam, also with hint of bread and tea-like hop aroma.
The taste is like the aroma with sweet and sour raspberry dominated along with earthy and moderate tea-like bitter kick from hop.
Medium body with low carbonation and semi-smooth mouthfeel, finish is dry.
This one is weird IPA, not sure they did add a real or raspberry syrup or not.
