Pours a pinkish red color. Mostly clear with some sporadic bubbles coursing upwards. Thin white head dissipates almost immediately leaving absolutely no residual foam on top of the beer.
Aroma is tart with some notes of wheat, cranberry, berry, cherry and a somewhat spicy note that would appear to be the ginger peeping through.
Taste is sharply tart up front. Notes of raspberries, cranberries, spicy ginger, wheat and lacto. Tart finish produces a puckering sensation that lingers.
Feel is pretty light, again that puckering sensation is there pretty strongly. Semi-dry finish.
This is a really unique twist on the "Weiss" style - its more akin to an American wild ale in the presentation than a Berliner weisse, but its a fantastic beer. The ginger is deftly added and very complimentary to the flavor profile. Overall its a really nice beer.

375ml bottle. Poured out a clear, pinkish red color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of cranberry, wheat and yeastiness. Sweet caramel with tart cranberry and a nice wheat notes.
