A: straw yellow with pronounced carbonation and an extremely short lived head.
S: the nose is tart and fruity
T: fruity and tart, slightly sharp. The finish is clean and dry. No hop flavor and only a little malt flavor. The fruitiness and tartness takes over.
M: thin, effervescent, and sharp
O: a little less malt backbone than i like in a berliner, but very tasty.
