12oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a very small, off-white head. It left no lacing. It smelled of roasted coffee, chocolate, vanilla and toffee. Sweet toffee, chocolate and toffee with mild coffee and a sharp vanilla taste.

Pours black with a finger of khaki foam. Aroma is led by hearty cold brew coffee, with that expressive, consistent, monotone coffee note associated with cold brew. Roasty, toasty, caramel, and earthy malts add support, with earthy being very minor. Chocolate adds some uniqueness outside of coffee and malts. Flavor profile is roasty and toasty malts work to support caramel, toffee, and bold cold brew. Coffee doesn't hit initially, allowing the hearty malts to hit the tongue first, but once coffee speaks up, it remains in the spotlight until the finish. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a faintly creamy texture. It sips more still in texture than anything else. Overall, it drinks surprisingly light for the ABV. Coffee is huge here, nailing out cold brew notes.
