Pours a dark brass with a finger of khaki foam. Transparency is mild. Aroma is caramel, wafers, bready, and biscuity malts. A little zesty grass shows up at the end, before the soft dry finish. Flavor profile is caramel out front, with wafery, biscuity, bready malts following it up. Malts form the bulk of the flavor profile, before being chased out by grassy hops. Finish is lightly dry. Mouth feel is medium with a moderate crispness. It has a delicate texture despite the initial big thickness. Overall, a steadfast lager that starts a little stronger thanks to a thicker starting feel, before simplifying down for a dry and simplistic finish. It's wafer city.
