Pours dark orange with an opaque translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is citrus, leading out with papaya and tangerine. Yeast cuts underneath, with a punch of malt at the back. Carries some heft in the aroma. Flavor profile is citrus, tangerine, papaya, and mango. Hop punch out front, with some yeast and doughy malts behind. Evident it's 12% ABV, but not a barn burner full of booze. Mouth feel is medium-thick. Texture is fairly flat with some silt at the close. Overall, a heavy IPA. Not overly juicy, and when paired up with the heavy alcohol, is more of a sipper than an easy drinker.

Served in an AM 3YR anniversary glass (stemless wine glass) from a 12oz can. Reviewed from notes.

On draft at 44 Canteen. Poured a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, honey and sweet caramel. Good tropical fruit taste with piney bitterness and toasted caramel.
