Cloudy amber color with a modest and short lived white head.
The aroma is sour funky fruit, a bit like apple cider vinegar.
The taste is also somewhat akin to apple cider vinegar but with some added fruity elements, some underlying caramel sweetness.
The body is medium, good carbonation level, crisp but drinkable.
Altogether, this is a real change of pace, very sour, very funky, yet oddly enjoyable. I don't know if I could do this on a regular basis, but then it seems to grow on you, very different but definitely worth a try.

500ml bottle. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a nearly non-existent white head. It left no lacing at all. It smelled of wild brett yeast, funky, sour and fruity. Nice funky taste with an extremely sour bite. Some fruitiness and caramel, too.
