De Finisterrae (Florencia). En vaso aflautado. IPA algo plana y con alguna nota vegetal. Amateur que no destaca mucho pero al menos se disfruta algo más que una industrial.

Okay for an Italian IPA. Lacks aroma and mouthfeel that might elevate this to standard. Hops seem to have been used primarily in the early boil, resulting in a flavor profile skewed towards bitter, with only a few floral/pine/citrus notes creeping in. Not bad, but I wouldn’t order it again.
