On the palate notes of flint and orange marmalade mingle with the sweet ethanol and a luscious mouth feel. Featuring the subtle use of Idaho Gem and Kazbek hops in this potent sipper.

I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet and malty with a dash of fruitiness. Not too bad.
Taste: sweet with a mild fruity character. Almost too sweet, but not cloying and not much alcohol heat. It's smooth, if not super characterful.
Mouthfeel: rich body with a moderate carbonation and a nicely smooth creaminess.
Overall: a good beer, if a bit over-sweet. Glad to see small a small brewery making a tripel.
