Bought growler from the brewery on 10.13.20, drank about a week later out of a tulip.
No noticeable “pop” when I took the cap off, which made me question if there was any carbo left, or if it had been put on properly in the first place. I’m thinking it had. Poured a rust color with no head. No smell. I can taste the rye, and this is definitely bitter, but I could also be drinking a bitter in a pub in England and might not know the difference. Feel was flat, but not in the lack of carbo flat, just an undercarbonated beer. Conclusion - it actually grew on me and wasn’t that bad, and if I was actually at the brewery again, I might consider getting it again to sample a different batch. Cheers!
