We listen to a lot of Tribe Called Quest in the brewery and in the tasting room, so we made a beer for Phife Dawg. A light yet balanced, tropical meets floral IPA featuring El Dorado hops. There’s a little bit of Simcoe and Mosaic in there too to give it a bit of depth. Phife once rapped “Go out on my own, somethin’ that I gotta do; do what the hell I want and have no on to listen to.” We’ll drink to that. 7.2% abv, 69 IBUs
