IPA w Galaxy, Ella, & Citra
Had this on tap at No Anchor. Billed as a hazy juice bomb IPA and lives up to that billing.
A: Hazy light orange with a hint of yellow. Nice thin white head.
S: Smells very juicy and tropical. No pine.
T: Again, incredibly juicy. Tropical fruits with a hint of melon. No acidity, bitterness is low and no pine or floral notes that I can distinguish.
M: Smooth, shockingly so. I would never think this has 7% abv. Very easy to drink. Carbonation is mild and I could easily drink this like juice. Very pleasing medium body which is perfect for the flavor of this beer.
O: Fantastic IPA in a style not often found and done incredibly well. So much fruit and flavor without added juice like so much experimentation right now. Cloudburst seems to retire beers quickly and I hope I can have another of these before it's gone.
