I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a big drinking glass.
Appearance: cloudy golden hue with a thin layer of ivory foam; good color, but I'd like more head.
Smell: sweet and fruity, with a little tropical character and some nice earthy accents. Well-composed.
Taste: earthy, citrusy, a little fruity, and very nicely complex. Bitterness is moderate; a great beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a rich and delightful creaminess, especially for the style. Great!
Overall: really an interesting and delightful IPA. I could drink this all day despite the ABV.
