...so we were brewing an IPA last week, and were thinking about bringing back an older recipe that we liked, maybe the one that once needed a name when it was already in the tanks and was scheduled to be racked out. We hemmed and hawed, looked back in the archives, and pulled it out. It seemed solid enough. And then Noah came in with new cans of paint, to touch up some old tap handles that were once broken and needed reinforcing because they aren’t designed to actually be tap handles - they’re umbrella handles - and people tend to pull those taps too hard. Sometimes on Mondays the trash doesn’t get picked up, and it’s annoying because like, they have ONE job and where the hell are they anyway?! We also realized our pallet jack battery was low, so we made a reminder to ourselves to charge it at the end of the day but we still forgot to… Citra, Motueka, Loral, & Loral Cryo.
