I had this beer on-tap in a mug at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
Appearance: super cloudy yellow-orange body with a finger of frothy eggshell foam that leaves a nice lace on the glass. I like it a lot.
Smell: sweet with a big dose of herbal, slightly fruity hops. Very nice indeed.
Taste: herbal, very earthy hops with a good, resinous character. There's a moderate sweetness, but the story here is the bursting hop character. There's even a hint of underlying fruitiness. I seriously dig it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: a really great pale ale. Well-crafted and delicious; I really like it.
