Would you rather buy a keg or pint of an IPA produced by a small, local, independent brewery -OR- a large, multi-national corporation? Would you rather drink an IPA that is thoughtfully designed, carefully brewed and gently processed or churned out, pumped around, and ripped through filters? Would you rather have an ever evolving light malt bill that allows hop combinations to shine through or have an outdated and muddied recipe full of caramel malt and earthy hops?
