Pale golden yellow pour that is entirely opaque. Minimal white head that's lacy and settles closely into the edges relatively quickly.
Nose is sweet with citrus and green almost kiwi and perhaps some tropical fruit. Sweet and clean.
Flavour comes through with a wonderful blend of citrus and maybe some honeydew and kind of that same kiwi for lack of a better descriptor. Quite tasty. Bitter citrus finish is almost lime-esque, and serves to continue the green fruits from before. Sequences well.
Medium light body and fine fine carbonation support through the lingering finish.
More than the sum of its parts, and it's got some damn fine parts.
