Red IPA on tap at Some Random Bar in Belltown, Seattle...
L: Hazy amber with a lace of head and a hint of carbonation.
S: Fresh, clean lemongrass with a nice quaff of hoppy bitterness. Left me hanging a bit.
T: Nice malt-hops balance; medium body. Dry and crisp with a clean astringent finish.
F: Perfectly carbonated; hop effervescence comes through on the back of your tongue.
O: Nicely done although I was hoping both the hops and malt would have been more assertive.
