an amazing hazy pale ale here featuring experimental 692 hops, which if they are still in the experimental stage, they need to just be named and planted widely at this point, such an epic flavor profile, why not get this one a little more widely circulated. this was among my favorite beers i had in here, which is saying something because they were all excellent. i love the base for this, a clean for a hazy pale, without any grain sweetness at all, a pillowy soft feel, and really minimal bitterness from the hops, its just a pure dry hop expression of the varietal, and i am super into it! this hop has really unique aroma and flavor, berries, strawberries specifically, subtle coconut flesh, vanilla, and kumquat to it as well, along with some soft green melon, white peach, and even lemongrass. its really layered, but im not sure ive known berries in a hop like this before. straight berries and cream in the flavor, its insane, i dont think there is lactose in here, but it almost seems like that from the hops! its really forward and bold too, peppy and active on the palate, the hop flavor stays with me a long time even though i would still describe the beer as drinkable and even delicate, not over hopped at all, just really flavorful and good, super dry and bubbly, its the kind of pale ale i want to drink every single day. i adored this beer, have a new appreciation for this hop, and reckon they should keep the same base going for other experimental varietals, it seems like the perfect vehicle for getting to know a new hop. elite level beer here!
