Poured into a pint glass. A very nice one finger off white head with good retention. The color of the is a deep gold color with copper orange hues. The beer has a good amount of carbonation and the head left some lacing on the glass. I thought the beer would have a deeper color for an amber ale.
Toasted malts, caramel, biscuits, yeast, floral, citrus are what I gather on the nose. There is a grainy aroma and some earthiness in the background.
There is very very odd flavor in this beer that I have never encountered, it like a mineral taste and dry chalky flavor. The beer has toasted malts, caramel, honey, biscuits, yeast, floral, citrus, and earthiness.
Mouthfeel is medium/ medium minus body, creamy, but dry, medium carbonation, and medium plus finish.
This one is something I have never encountered. the beer is good well built would have to seen the amber profile pushed a bit more with some hops.
