Murky, reddish-amber appearance with a small, off white head and scant lacing. Laid back aroma of caramel malt and baked bread. Grainy, toasted malt taste. Caramel and toffee also are layered in. Hops do not seem to be a factor. Sweetness still evident din the aftertaste. Medium-to-light bodied mouthfeel. This was a collaboration with the Dundalk Bay Brewery in Ireland.
