Brewed with 4 types of malted grains: barley, rye, wheat, oats. This beer doesn't actually fit a certain style. Its ungoverned by style, and delicious by flavor.

Can says its ungoverned mix of blonde. wheat and esb ale, an American Bitter. what ever this one is its dated 6/15/18.
Pours a hazy looks wheat like nice and cloudy burnt golden color definitely darker core in the middle with a two finger white head that falls fast with some lace.
Aroma is nice, malty with definite wheat notes, oats to give it heft says rye but not much spiciness from the rye in the nose at least. A good nose for a pale/wheat/ what ever brew.
Taste is toasted malts/ wheat malts and rye can taste the added rye even if I can't smell it, adds a touch of spiciness. The hops add some light bitterness and more spiciness with herbal notes for a good finish.
Mouthfeel is light medium with pretty peppy carbonation.
Overall not really a pale ale, more of a pale ale and a pale wheat ale with hint of rye and toasted esb malt backbone thrown in for good measure. Not bad wouldn't mind having it again little different then normal but in this case not a bad thing. More then just your normal Pale Ale to be sure.

On tap at Swaney Swift's on the Square in Gallatin, the style was listed as "just try it?", but this was definitely a pale ale. Not much else to say really, an okay pale ale but nothing really outstanding about it.
