This is the first offering from this Northern Ontario brewery to make its presence in Cowtown.
Appearance - Pours a hazy pineapple with three fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - lemon, fruity esters of clove, pepper, and coriander, hint of spicy earthy and floral hops, spicy brett yeast, and bready wheat malts.
Taste - lemon upfront but not as powerful as suggested in the aroma, the fruity esters are there but lost in translation, a tad hint of the spicy earthy and floral hops. The hint of brett yeast and bready wheat malts finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes a tad sticky with the hint of lemon lingering.
Overall - A brew that started off with a bang but the taste didn't live up to the aromas. Still, a respectable brew.
