From a 473ml can packaged on 03 Jun 2025. poured into a pint glass. A three finger fine white head on a slightly foggy copper. Excellent head retention. A bit dark for a Cream Ale. Lots of fine lacing.

Spicy malts in the nose. It tastes of slightly caramelized malts. Nutty. Finishes dry. Lots of flavour for a Cream Ale. A prickly, spicy finish.

Medium body and carbonation. Overall a solid Cream Ale. Well worth a try.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a large slightly off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized malt notes with light bitterness. Taste is a smooth mix of caramelized malt with some dry bitter hops that are well balanced. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking with just enough bite.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from my favourite LCBO at The Roundhouse Centre in nearby Windsor. My first beer from the Little Current, ON brewery.

Can from the Govt. dairy bar - pours a clear dark amber with copper red highlights and a 2 finger frothy tight pored cap that lasts and laces....aroma is very demure with whisps of boiled grains, light grassiness and some fruity phenols....rounded finished character with a creamy mouth feel....flavor is well balanced between chewy malts and spicy-herbal hopping, some fruity notes....finish is clean, and dry with increasing bittering....a very decent lawnmower beer.

Pours bright copper and clear (SRM 8-11). A tight almond head reaches one and a half inches before settling to a dense blanket and coating a Pretentious Glass Company American Lager pint with thick webbing. Random carbonation slowly works upwards from within.

The aroma is filled with nuts and lightly toasted malt. Notes of spicy, herbal hops are also evident.

Bitterness and sweetness are neutral. Bitterness starts to build later. Caramel and wheat bread give way to light honey as the finish begins. The finish is quite strange with a sharp astringency that detracts from the overall effect.

The body is medium to light with scratchy texture similar to coarse wool. Alcohol is as expected, while carbonation is light and fizzy.

This is a decent beer for after work. I imagine it would pair well with pizza or loaded nachos.

Pours a clear, bronze, caramel color. Fluffy yellow-ish head formation with mild retention. Malt on the nose. Caramel, sweet taste. Light mouthfeel. Overall not bad, just a tad too sweet.

Killarney Cream Ale from Manitoulin Brewing Company in Little Current, Ontario. Water, wheat malt, barley malt, hops, yeast, local honey. 5 percent alc. The beer is an orange/amber colour, slightly cloudy, with very tiny ascending bubbles. Very little head, despite an aggressive pour. No real discerning smell. The beer is light bodied with a thin mouthfeel and prickly carbonation, a very pleasant combination. Taste is mildly malty and slightly bitter in that cream ale way, most noticeably on the finish. Not a lot of glass lacing. Overall, this beer is quite palatable. You could enjoy on its own or pair with practically any meal or snack.

LooK: Opaque orange meets amber, with an almost brown undertone. On an aggressive pour I get a big 2 finger orangey white rocky head. Head has great staying power it is still a 1/2 finger at 5 minutes.

Smell: Malty, tonnes of caramel, with floral and grassy accents.

Taste: Caramel, sweet bread cookies, with nice grassy and nutty bitterness on the finish.

Feel: Medium round body. Plays on the front, back and sides of the tongue.

I'd have classified this is a very sweet ESB, it doesn't really fit into my Canadian cream ale box. It's quite enjoyable, maybe a tad too sweet to be called refreshing, but I'd give it a very solid B+.

473 ml can served cool into a tall mug. LCBO purchase for $3.25 CDN.

Appearance - light brown in color, with honey hues.big two plus fingers of long lasting white topping and loads of visible carbonation through the clear beer.

Smell - very clean, lots of grain with some slightly spicy grassy notes. Well executed.

Taste - some bitterness, subtle caramel in the background with some grassy flavors up front. Easy drinking and a tiny spicy flavor at the end. More flavourful than most cream ales I've had.

Mouthfeel - medium bodied with appropriate carbonation and a slightly dry finish. Very nice brew to drink.

Overall - a clear winner in a style I'd don't usually drink much of. I will certainly keep my eyes peeled for this as it's a great brew to toss back a couple of. Highly recommended.

Pours a beautiful caramel colour with a small but long lasting head. The smell is sweet and malty. The taste proves the same with hints of nuts and and candy. Low carbonation and a sweet aftertaste
