Pours a nice caramel colour with a large and fluffy head. Lots of foam on my glass. The smell is bitter and grassy. The taste reminds me of the outdoors, grassy, earthy hints of dandelions. Quality mouthfeel. This is quickly becoming one of my new favourites

The second of the offerings available here in Cowtown.
Appearance - Pours a rusty copper with three fingers of beige head that leaves some bubbly lace on the glass.
Smell - earthy, leafy, piney, and floral hops, pine resin, grapefruit and citrus peel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, piney, and floral hops upfront. The pine resin, grapefruit and citrus peel follow suit. The brew is finished off by the bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes slightly sticky with the hops lingering.
Overall - For my second offering from this brewery, they certainly know how there way around hops. This is a pleasant easy drinking IPA that is quite enjoyable to drink. Another rare gem here to find here in Cowtown!
