I visited Lucky Luke Brewing last year when visiting family in the area. I spent an enjoyable couple of hours there and was looking forward to going back. However, family obligations precluded a return visit. I did find a bottle of their anniversary beer at a local bottle shop, and eagerly purchased it. It turned out to be somewhat of a disappointment.
It was waxed. Does anyone else find wax a pain in the ass and maybe a little pretentious?
It poured a light gold color with no head.
Funky, fruity aroma. Not much going on there.
Sweet fruit taste, some funk.
Nicely tart.
