Brilliant white head made of large sized bubbles quickly disappeared leaving behind the slightly hazy amber body. Lots of tiny bubble geysers. It’s aroma suggests the banana of a Belgium but with a good dose of sour. Taste is not a sour as it’s aroma suggests. Malted grain is the dominant flavor with cantaloupe arriving very late to the party. No alcohol detected. Feel is thin with good carbonation. An excellent balance of flavors.

Billie is a cantaloupe gose that I was lucky enough to try while it was on. The melon really came through nicely and the salt was there in just the right amount. Good beer
