The next round of our Taproom IPA series has another new experimental hop. This is a variety out of Wilder, ID currently called ID-158 or otherwise known as "experimental PINK Hops"- these hops are super unique because they combine flavors of citrus AND stone fruit with subtle hints of honey and vanilla. As usual, we brew a West-Coast Style IPA to really feature the hop variety.
