Our new rotating IPA series. Our first release: Blackfoot River- is a crisp, light bodied, hop forward IPA featuring Harlequin Hops, which gives this beer big fruit flavors like passion fruit and pineapple.

Many thx to muchloverforhops3 for the can!

A - Hazy medium gold pour with a dense thin layer of creamy white foam and light carbonation.

S - Sticky tropical fruit with some sweetness.

T - Tropical fruit, some passion fruit, a little bit of sweet pineapple, and finishes with a bittersweet tropical fruit punch at the very end (mainly pineapple) with a little bit of fruity sweetness underneath.

M - Medium body with prickly carbonation.

O - Packs a bitter wallop, that's for sure!

From a 6-pack picked up Walmart in Polson, MT
12oz can poured into a Reuben's then and now glass

P clear deep gold w/ a 2f very slightly off-white head; looks good
N soft-med to med tropical notes; a bit of juicy sweetness as well; pleasant
T follows nose- tropical character w/ some citrusy zing in the mix; light-med citrusy bitterness in the finish; coats the tongue a bit; not too shabby
Mf light-med to med bodied; high carb (a bit overbearing, imo)
O decent; nice nose, but nothing else to really set it apart from others in the style
