Highlander's IPA series is always a west-coast IPA but rotates every 4-6months to feature a new hop. This version, "The Clark Fork" is our 2nd version in the series and features Galaxy hops which gives this beer bright orange, peach and citrus notes. This IPA has a light body, is crisp and hoppy. 45 IBU

Many thx to muchloveforhops3 for this can!
A - Medium gold pour with light carbonation and frothy bright white lacing.
S - Caramel grain malt base with light citrus over top.
T - Light caramel malt base with a slight bit of grain and citrus over top while ending with a moderate amount of piney bitterness to scrub away any malt sweetness. Light citrus resin sits subtly on the palate.
M - Big medium body with gentle carbonation fighting through the dense liquid.
O - Very Classic in design and drinks extremely well.
