This Total Wine is located in a shopping center off the 605 freeway near the 405.
When I'm in the mood to try new beers or breweries, I tend to gravitate towards Total Wine. As many of you know, they sell singles! I hate to buy 4/6 packs or even bombers when I don't know if I'm going to like a particular beer or not. So, if breweries have 12 oz. bottles or cans, I'll mix and match them.
I think their selection is pretty diverse. My one pet peeve is that I prefer if they would organize beers by breweries rather than styles.
There's a walk-in cooler in the back, that is sometimes filled with goodies. Their prices are good.
Overall, this is a solid store.

As with all TWM's, the Long Beach location is very well stocked, outstanding selection of beer (and everything else for that matter including CIGARS at unbeatable prices) with a staff that for the most part is pretty well schooled on product. TWM is the SUPERIOR source for adult beverages. This location also has special/limited release brews as they are available.
