Notes: Interesting name for such a demure beer. It is fairly sour and somewhat funky though. "Con mostos de merlot y levadura de cava". Clear gold body benath a short cap of white that drops readily and leaves only minor spots and streaks of lace behind (which is usual for the style). Lactic aroma with an edge of sweaty salt backed by grain - let's call it mineral-sour with a mild sugary edge. Flavor offers more earthinesss, bready/wheat-like malt, fruit, and floral and grassy notes. Suggestions of lemon. Acidic, dry finish with some lingering "sweat" - mineral and acidity. Light bodied and gently crisp.
