Garage Beer Co. "In Green We Trust"
on tap at the brewery on 26 November 2015
€3.00 / 25 cl glass
Notes: Session IPA done in collaboration (their first) with Other Half Brewing. 4.7% ABV, utilizing Mosaic, Palisade, and Horizon hops. Slightly hazy golden body with a brass cast beneath a frothy head of white. Exceptional head retention and very good lacing. Aroma expresses tropical-citrusy fruit (passionfruit, citrus with a spritz of lemon and drip of tangerine, mango, apricot) and herbal, grassy, piney, and mildly floral notes. The flavor follows the aroma but with hops softened and threaded through a bready and very lightly caramel-accented maltiness. Medium to medium-light in body with a crisp, standard carbonation. Stiff bitterness. Dry finish with lingering floral, grassy, and herbal/piney notes.
