Pours a slightly cloudy, pale amber coloration with a small, wispy, quickly receding head and visible carbonation clinging to the glass. Smell is absolutely dominated by mango, with lighter notes of passion fruit and orange. Taste is tart and fruity, with more balanced fruit notes, although mango still dominates, and lighter notes of passion fruit and orange and just a hint of pineapple, as well as a good acidity. Finishes with a medium tartness and some tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

Not a Berliner Weiße, but a very nice fruited Kettle Sour with a good tartness/acidity and quite juicy and intense tropical fruit notes. Quite spritzy and refreshing, great on a a hot summer day, I would imagine.

 

 

Can. From decervecitas. At barcelo punta umbria mar. In water glass. Although its not as style i use to enjoy, in this case the mix of fruits included, mango standing out, makes it fairly drinkable refreshing
